80% of creating a healthier and fitter lifestyle for yourself is about clean and healthy nutrition and this is all about what you put into your body, so whilst at the Retreat we will teach you the basic understanding of a well-balanced diet and health supplementation to an all rounded healthier you!
Below are just some of the meal choices you'll be having throughout your stay with us.
SHAKES, HERBAL TEAS & FLAVOURED WATERS
First thing in the morning there will be a wide range of fruit smoothies, herbal tea and flavoured water.
For example, Protein Smoothie Banana, almond milk and whey protein powder/Herbalife Formula 1 Shakes, banana, strawberries, guarana, blueberry and super-detox apple, ginger, cucumber, spinach, celery and lemon.
BREAKFAST
- Smoked salmon served with creme fraiche and chive scrambled eggs and crispy capers
- 2 poached eggs on smashed avocado on toast with chilli flakes and pico degallo
- Homemade spiced pancetta baked beans on whole meal toast
LUNCH
SOUPS
- Leek & butter bean soup with crispy kale & bacon
- Thai pumpkin, ginger & lemongrass with coconut
- Roasted red pepper soup
SALADS
- Classic chicken Caesar salad or spiced pumpkin, ginger and coconut soup
- Tuna Niçoise salad or leek and butter bean soup with crispy kale
- King prawns and avocado salad or spiced tomato and roasted red pepper soup
SNACKS
- Home made HEALTHY donuts
- Natural yoghurt served with fresh seasonal berries and granola
- Home made HEALTHY pancakes with fresh berries and yoghurt with honey
DINNER
Evening meals will be à la carte with the option of either meat, fish or vegetarian.
- Chicken roulade wrapped in smoked bacon, spiced sweet potato, broccoli and almond milk purée
- Herb crusted salmon fillet, stuffed baby potatoes, asparagus and corn and tomato salsa
- 28 day matured beef fillet, served with a beef braised fondant potato, cabbage, oyster mushrooms and honey glazed carrots
- White fish of the day stuffed with baby spinach and king prawns served with a lack olive tapenade
- Chimi churri pork loin, stuffed vegetables, garlic potatoes, cauliflower and almond milk purée
- Asian style seared tuna with sesame seeds, Wakame and pickled ginger
