Typical Day at the AMP Camp

At the AMP Camp we make sure every day is different and challenging. Our workouts and ampercise sessions are creative and invigorating, making sure each class is met with passion and commitment.

We understand that everybody has different fitness levels and abilities, so please note that all classes and activities can be adapted to each individuals level that they are comfortable with.

The majority of the intense workouts will be in the morning, which frees up the afternoon to relax around the pool or to do one of our planned excursions.

MORNING
  • MEDITATION & STRETCHING

  • 1 WORKOUT IN VARIOUS LOCATIONS
  • MORNING HIKE
AFTERNOON
  • WORKOUT IN VILLA / BEACH / BIKE RIDE
  • LUNCH BREAK
  • DOWNTIME TO RELAX / POOL / MASSAGE
  • AQUA AEROBICS / LIGHT WORKOUT
  • ORGANISED ACTIVITY
EVENING
  • SNACK & DOWNTIME / SUNSET YOGA
  • DINNER & SOCIALISING
  • DOWNTIME / TREATMENTS – MASSAGE, ACCUPUNCTURE, PHYSIO, HYPNOSIS
